Exercise improves your overall fitness, which can help boost your immune system. The immune system is the body's defense against infections. Our goal is a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise a day! Riding a bike, playing sports, and going for walks are excellent examples of ways you can get your 20 minutes a day! What activities do you do to keep moving!?
