They can tap them out, build them with magnetic letters, letter cards, type them, write them (paper pencil, chalk, white board, in pudding or dry rice (put it in a pan and let them use their fingers to write out word), on the ipad, paint, shaving cream, funny foam in bath tub, scrabble pieces,  in glue and jello powder so he can feel it and smell it when it dries which is a fun multisensory way for him to learn- yes messy too lol).

  • Practice letters and sounds aloud.
  • Practice tapping and blending CVC words.

    • Reread your opinion writing to a family member and then make your writing even better! Add to your opinion writing.  Use the chart “When You Think You’re Done” from lesson

    • Remember:  instead of asking for help, first, use sound power and stretch out words like a rubber band slowly and write the sounds you hear in order (beginning sounds, middle sounds and ending sounds). Add to your writing!
