My name is Shelby Rayner and I am so excited for this brand new school year!
This is my 18th year as a special education teacher (17th year in Howell).
I earned my degree in Special Education from Georgian Court University and my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Scranton.
My philosophy on education includes addressing each child’s individual needs and creating an extremely positive environment, in which the child feels comfortable. I want each child to reach his or her fullest potential.
During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, reading, and decorating!
