Updated COVID-19 School Exclusion Protocols

Dear Parents/Guardians:
The CDC and New Jersey Department of Health have updated their COVID-19 guidance for school settings, shortening the isolation period for COVID-19 positive cases and the quarantine period for those in close contact with a positive case. The Howell Township Public Schools will be implementing new guidelines as it relates to school exclusions, recommended quarantine and isolation of COVID-19 cases based on this guidance. If your child is currently in an extended quarantine or isolation, please contact the school administration for an adjusted return date. If you have any questions, please contact your school administration. Please see revised protocols attached.
